Most drop bolts are merely secured into a hole, receiving plate or a pipe in the ground. Over time, these become compacted with dirt and debris and no longer secure the drop bolt. If the drop bolt is not secured then neither is the gate.

And it’s an ideal DIY product, as it can be fitted in 10 minutes with a masonry drill and adhesive. It is suitable for installation in any solid surface. So, no Dirt; no Trip; no Hassle!

With a stainless steel spring loaded mechanism, this simple patented device stops drop bar sockets from becoming clogged with dirt, mud and gravel.
